I know that its been a long while since I've blogged but while I was away, I got married!!!! Two years ago, I met an amazing man and he has rocked my world ever since. When he proposed on my birthday last year, I couldn't imagine saying anything but yes and we decided that we wanted to set our wedding date for memorial day weekend this year.
I felt very clueless when I started planning because I never put much time into thinking about what I wanted my wedding to look like. I decided that I didn't really want wedding colors in the traditional sense. Instead, I chose mostly white and gray scale decor with hints of pale blue (one of the few colors that hubby and I agreed on :). Here are a few pictures of how things turned out:
You know the party was good when your guests snatch the napkins off of the table and start waiving them the air. The day turned out so amazing and I am just extremely grateful to God. The support of our family and friends made all the difference as well; I am just overwhelmed by all of the support, love and guidance we received throughout this process and I will never forget all of the people who helped us make the wedding a success. For those of you who are planning your big day, just remember, its stressful and a million things will go wrong along the way, but if you put your trust in God and put your partner before anyone else you cannot fail. Love you all and thanks for reading - Munje.
